It has once again been such a productive and amazing week, full of so many things I’m grateful for, inspired by, and just plain content about. All are wonderful.
There is a slight feeling of urgency in preparing for the NY winter season, but I’m not exactly stressed about it this year. I’m coming from a more relaxed, almost comfortable, definitely abundance-focused perspective this time… which is huge for me-
I’ve come a long way in the last few years. I have both found and created the miracles I so desperately needed back then, and the good things are continuing to manifest in amazing and unexpected ways.

What I’m really loving right now:
day trips • dinner + movie nights in • new tarot cards • bubble baths • kitty cuddles • trying new foods • visiting a climbing gym for the first time • realizing my non-stimulant ADHD medication [guanfacine, more often used to treat hypertension] really IS solving my vertigo problem when it comes to heights, and the validation that my vertigo absolutely is ADHD-related [on an anxiety level], as I suspected • the feeling of accomplishment that comes with trying new things • people who support your growth • RAW Nutrition Essential Pre-Workout powder • Saturday strolls • new cold weather gear • super smooth shea butter lipgloss • I have some new footwear coming soon • lots of new products to review • and even more awesome new experiences to be had! • manifestation / self actualization • sharing the magic ✨️
