Phelps Mansion Museum in Binghamton, New York - February 2025
Phelps Mansion Museum in Binghamton, NY – If you’re interested in architecture and history, this is a great place to visit on a cold, rainy day. So beautiful!

gratitude posts – they’re like love letters to the Universe! ☆ I keep a private gratitude journal, too ☆ stretching at the beginning and end of every day (try it – it feels good and is good for you!) ☆ channeling my anxiety into feel-good things, like blogging ☆ learning to live at a slower pace, with intention, and watching how my productivity soars ☆ those moments I stop and realize just how far I’ve come ☆ manifesting my best life ✨️

Loop Engage 2 ear plugs - These are fantastic for cutting out background noise in busy restaurants, protecting your ears at live music venues, or just plain disconnecting from everything. My AuDHD brain is prone to overstimulation, and I've benefitted SO MUCH from these ear plugs over the last several months. Literally life changing, and I recommend them to everyone!

An informative and inspiring post. Gratitude and affirmations are such powerful tools for self-empowerment. So happy you were able to access Rechanneling.org because that led me to your wonderful site, Onward and Upward. Dr. Mullen

I’ll have to recommend those ear plugs to my son. He has ADHD and Asperger’s, so he’s easily distracted by sights and sounds.
