While shopping at Destiny USA in Syracuse, NY, the SO and I worked up a massive appetite.. so we stopped at my favorite restaurant in the mall, Bullfinch Brewpub.

What I ate:

I love nachos and hate eating them in public because I am so messy when I do.

I had a perfect nacho one time. They had made it with all the stuff that wasn’t soft throughout rather than everything just on top. So, every chips on the bottom had a little cheese, beans, green onion and/or corn on them. When we tried to go back, they had closed. That was one of the greatest food disappointments of my life.

I would have ordered that cocktail, too. Sounds delicious.
