I have a confession. I’ve been so busy with the moving process that I’ve been neglecting my outside time, and I can tell it’s starting to affect my mental health in subtle ways.
The solution? Shopping! (I’m kidding, but getting out and walking more changes everything.)
So I pulled up Google Maps and wandered a couple miles down to the shopping plazas where our local Goodwill is located.

What I wore:
- black fleece-lined tank – unbranded
- black/white plaid flannel – Old Navy, thrifted
- black puffer jacket – Columbia women’s Joy Peak II
- black windproof insulated hiking pants – BenBoy
- black/grey sneakers – Adidas women’s Barreda Decode
- green waffle knit beanie – Carhartt
- green mirrored sunglasses – Goodr OG Vincent’s Absinthe Night Terrors
- black backpack – Fjällräven Kånken
What I found:

I was there digging through the clothing for over an hour, and I’m glad I took the extra time because there were some great treasures in my size.
Have you thrifted anything interesting lately?
